Simone Sepe is Chester H. Smith Professor at the University of Arizona, and Professor of Law and Finance at the University of Arizona and the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole.
His areas of expertise include business organizations, contract theory, law and economics, empirical methods, and jurisprudence. His main scholarship focuses on theoretical and empirical problems related to corporate governance, although he has recently expanded his research interest to contract law, the theory of institutions, and political philosophy.
He holds doctoral degrees in law from the Yale Law School and in economics from the Toulouse School of Economics.
In the past, Professor Sepe has taught at several U.S. institutions, including the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
He is also a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute and a member of the American College of Governance Counsel.
