Vice President of the Rules for Growth Institute, he is an assistant professor at the Columbia Business School. Prior to this, he was assistant professor at the School of Business and Management of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In 2015 he received his Ph.D from HEC Paris in management sciences. He studied at the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan in the economics and management department. He holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Paris 1 and a Master’s degree in public affairs from Sciences Po Paris. His research work lies at the intersection of law and economics. He works on the production of information by companies, corporate governance and bankruptcy law.
