Attorney at the Paris Bar since 2005, Olivier holds a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (diploma of higher studies of legal management of business organizations) from Montpellier and the Levin College of Law (University of Florida). He works on mergers and acquisitions and securities law within the Clifford Chance Paris corporate team, after having practiced at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Herbert Smith Freehills.
