Luca Enriques is Professor of Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law of Oxford University.
He is a coauthor of The Anatomy of Corporate Law and of Principles of Financial Regulation.
He has published several articles in major European and US reviews and journals, including the Journal of Economic Perspectives, the Cornell Law Review, and the Harvard Business Law Review.
He has held visiting positions at the Harvard Law School, IDC Hertzliya, University of Cambridge, and other universities and he has been commissioner at the Italian S.E.C. (Consob) between 2007 and 2012.
