After having held various responsibilities in the financial sector, Denis Branche founded in 1998 the management company Branics, the first ethical fund management company in France, which became Phitrust in 2003. His conviction is that investors, like companies, have a responsibility. They must exercise it by acting with the issuing companies so that their governance is respectful of the rights of the various actors of the company, and committed to the integration of all the environmental and social stakes in their strategy.
