Christophe Moussu is Professor of Finance at ESCP Business School since 1993, after a visiting scholar position at the Simon School (University of Rochester). He graduated from ESCP, the University of Paris I (Ms in Financial Economics), the University of Dijon (PhD) and the University of Lille (HDR). He has been the scientific director of numerous Master’s and executive level finance programs. He has always been interested in the impact of finance and the legal framework on value and value sharing in companies, in particular the interaction between finance and employment relationships. He is the author of numerous academic articles published in French and international journals and has supervised several PhD and post-doctoral students. He founded the Finance and Society axis of the LabEx ReFi, where he was the academic co-director. He has organized several international seminars (ReFi and Law and Finance) as well as numerous conferences and research and transfer workshops with academic partners (ETH Zurich, New York University, University of Frankfurt etc.), public (Conseil Général de l’Economie and Annales des Mines) and professional (ACAMS, EIFR etc.). He has taught in several French and foreign schools and universities (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, ESA Beyrouth, CFVG…) and was a visiting professor at the European Economic Studies Department of the College of Europe (Bruges). He is currently ESCP Business School’s representative in Sorbonne Alliance and sits on the evaluation committee of the Pacte law as an academic expert.
