He has matured significant experience in restructuring transactions (as well as real estate, leveraged financing and structured finance transactions) regularly advising banks, funds, financial institutions and large corporations. He has advised the debtor in the sole English scheme of arrangement of an Italian company. He has advised the English Administrators of Lehman Brothers in relation to the Italian business and assets.
