Ahmed Guénaoui

Treasurer of the Rules for Growth Institute, Ahmed Guénaoui is advisor to the general management of a large multinational in the energy sector.

He began his career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance where he was involved in the design and implementation of public policies promoting innovation at the General Directorate of Enterprises before joining the service for financing the economy at the French Treasury Department, where he dealt with topics related to financial markets transparency, audit regulation and corporate governance. His latest work on corporate governance has led him to explore, among other things, minority shareholder rights, shareholder engagement, the economic value of governance and the valuation of extra-financial corporate information.

Ahmed Guénaoui is an ENA and ESCP Europe graduate, and holds a Master 1 in Business Law from University Paris I and a Master 2 in Political Science from University Paris Dauphine.
